LOW-FAT ZUCCHINI BREAD


INGREDIENTS

2 1?2 cups sugar 3 eggs 3 cups flour 2 -3 cups zucchini, grated or finely diced 1?4 cup oil 3?4 cup applesauce 1 teaspoon baking soda 1?4 teaspoon salt 1?4 teaspoon baking powder 1 tablespoon cinnamon 3 tablespoons vanilla
